Board Meetings
The Board normally meets two or three time a year. In general, meetings and the business of the Board are confidential, meetings being held "in committee".
Occasionally the Board meets to conduct competence reviews and disciplinary inquiries in addition to it's regular meetings. A typical Board agenda would include topics under the following headings:
- Administration and Finances of the Board
- Applications for registration
- Complaints against registered podiatrists
- Education and standards
- Legislation
Board meetings for 2008 have been held on 1 February and 1 May. The next meeting will be held on 31 October.
