The Board is very happy to welcome its two new members Dr Dan Poratt and Leigh Shaw, appointed in February 2010.

 Members are appointed by the Minister of Health for a term of up to 3 years.
Members may be re-appointed for up to 3 terms.

The Board consists of 7 members, (5 registered podiatrists and 2 lay members). The Board is currently awaiting advice on its new lay member.
